We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Jeda Villas, which was the last leg of a recent Bali holiday. The villas are even more stunning in the flesh than the photos indicate on the website. It was truly like being in paradise! The staff and owners were extremly welcoming, friendly and helpful, and even organised a birthday cake for me and my twin sister who were celebrating our 40th whilst there. The magnificent backdrop of the ocean, mountains and volcanoes made for scenery you never tired of looking at whilst relaxing in the beautifully and incredibly stylish villa and private pool. We loved every minute of being there, it was just so beautiful. There is great snorkelling just a few minutes from the villa and we enjoyed massages in the afternoon around the pool. The kids loved the pool and the grounds and the food was always fresh. I would recommend Jeda Villa to anyone, definitely worth the trip from South Bali.
Thank you Nico,Salamat, Putu and the rest of the staff for ensuring our stay was seamless. We felt very sad leaving and hope to be back one day soon. It exceeded all our expectations and was simply the best place any of us had ever stayed in.

We started our 3 months of traveling in Bali. After Seminyak South Bali, we made our way over the mountains to Pemuteran Jeda Villa. An amazing place!! our villa was perfect -perfect pool - huge lounge places to relax read and play with the children. We were very relaxt because the staff had fenced our villa so our two little daughters could not go to the pool unnoticed.

Jeda Villa is an unique place, views all around, huge tropical gardens, the interior and exterior of the villas is amazing.

The staff is attentive but discreet. Breakfast is served in the morning and if you like to lunch and/or dine in the villa you order in the morning everything is prepared in your private kitchen the staff prepares the table and does the dishes.

There is enough to do in Pemuteran visit the beaches, go diving or snorkeling and visit other restaurants or warungs. 

We have checked other locations but where happy that we made the choice for sea view and not beachfront. Where can you see the sea, Java the vulcanos and the mountain range from the national park from your own villa.

Although their website is amazing it doesn't do reality justice. The design, the interior, the smart infinity pool, a mountain range in your back garden, a blue sea and turquoise reefs visible in the distance colorful birds as the gardens flow into the national park. It is to much to take in when you arrive..........

Jeda brings you back on your feet, the staff is down to earth and gives you privacy it seems things get done invisible. We liked the food.
Pemuteran offers outstanding Menjangan island dive sites, authentic Bali ... Selamat took us to a private ceremony in the middle of no where no fee, sarong from the family, no tourists but an amazing spiritual cross dance....................... We even think that Jeda Villa is far underpriced. We have stayed in walled villas in the South of Bali for three times the price and half the fun. Fellow travelers Go Go Go

Amazed when we arrived and we stayed amazed during our 6 days stay. A lot has been said in other reviews we read before arrival, a lot has been shown by the photographs but Jeda Villa (actually three villas) are stunningly build in a natural landscape, huge gardens, sea views, mountain views and on clear days the Java volcanoes.

The villa is gorgeous the pool perfect and so much space. The staff is friendly, down to earth but extremely helpful.
The food absolutely good from sandwich to the barbecue.
This was our sixth time to Pemuteran we stayed at beachfront hotels and other villas also nice but Jeda Villa has the WAAOOOH factor their funny golf car brings you in minutes to other restaurants and the beach.

Jeda Villa is amazing. Their driver was waiting for us at the airport, and made it very convenient to get there. And when we did, our jaws dropped -- it looked even more amazing in person than it did in the photos. I just didn't want to leave the pool, except of course to eat the wonderful meals that the cooks prepared for us.

In fact, all of the staff were super helpful and charming. They suggested activities, booked tours, and really made us feel at home. The owners seem to treat the staff really well.

The location is in a part of Bali that's a little bit off the beaten path, not quite as packed with tourists as the rest of the island. But there was definitely no lack of things to do; we saw several incredible temples, went snorkeling with Sea Rovers, went dolphin watching, and got massages at the Spa in the Matahari resort.

We would definitely go back again.

We were looking for a place away from the crowd where we could relax and enjoy some quiet time together. We stayed in Jeda Villa for 4 night and didn't leave the villa! Everything we needed was there: a lovely pool, relaxing lounge areas and delicious meals that were prepared for us. For our 4 month old baby there was a cot available in which he slept really well :-). The owners clearly have taste - the interior design looks lovely. If you are up for a 4 hour drive from the airport this is definitely a place to consider if you are looking for a high quality, comfortable and spacious villa with lots of privacy.

Truly superb location. After the hustle bustle of negotiating snorkeling in the beachside resorts you will return to Jeda and truly relax! The views of the mountains and sea are stunning and the lush, landscaped gardens are beautiful. Service fantastic with Selamat only a mobile (supplied) call away. The cleaning/ breakfast staff were also super friendly and often kindly carried our 5 month old son whilst we ate! Lunches and dinners were tasty and great value. Having a private pool is quite something. Not sure we can go back to resorts again where we have to share! The downside would be longer than expected drive from airport but the owners kindly reimbursed us one night's stay so we could leave one day earlier and break up the journey with our young son. Snorkeling on menjaran island was good, as was beach snorkeling off beachside resorts such as pondok sari and Taman sari. Bali tower and menjaran resort a hit; Mimpi resort ok; local massages great; matahari massage and dinner overpriced; atlas pearl farm good for morning coffee! In summary we are privileged to have visited pemuteran and got to know some of the locals. We commend the bio rock project and hope it brings prosperity and happiness to its residents.

Absolutely breathtaking! Our entire stay at Jeda Villa was amazing. Too beautiful for words. The location, grounds, villa & staff were all wonderful. We travelled with 4 kids under 6 - the trip to the villa itself was a mission (don't arrive mid afternoon!), but the trip back was enjoyable :) My husbands favourite aspect was viewing the mountains whilst showering in the outside rain shower (private) and mine was viewing the ocean whilst swimming in the pristine 10m x 5m pool. The villa was fenced off for us and the quality of fencing exceeded my expectations, it was very secure for my young children. We were so happy with the villa & immediate surrounds that we only ventured away from the villa once, for lunch at a local resort (Matahari), which was very nice - although the black sand the kids brought back was not easy to clean up! My only regret is not staying longer, we only stayed 5 days. I would love to have ventured out to more places, as well as spent more time relaxing at the villa. These villas are suitable for all age groups - from families with babies to couples looking for a romantic getaway. I want to keep this place a secret.... The most amazing villa that has been designed with utmost taste and elegance. The views are to die for. The location most peaceful an discreet. The staff are incredibly nice as well as efficient. Hire a scooter, go diving at Menjangen Island, eat in the village, eat at the villa, take some good wine and plug your ipod into the bose dock ....chill.
Selemat, the manager, can do airport pick-up or ferry you around town in the biggest golf-buggy I've ever seen. They even do your washing.. Free.

What did'nt I like? The fact I had to leave...

We started our 7 weeks holiday in Indonesia with 5 days in one of the Jeda Villa's. This proved to be a fantastic start. Pemuteran is the kind of village we like; awakening tourism, still authentic, very friendly people and a beautiful setting. One of our girls finished her Padi Open Water course and we had some great dives around Menjangan island.

The villa is absolutely at a 5 stars level; all comforts, very clean, very tasteful interior (great art and decorations), nice pool with view and good service. Special attention for the huge music collection and the library. Selamat is the manager, who takes perfectly care of you, including a shuttle service to the village.

Compliments to the owners!! A fantastic place to enjoy life and to come back. Bart & Harriet
